The Domain Management screen allows the definition of hosts directly managed
by this SysAdmin server, and additional domains which manage their own lists
of hosts. This allows a corporate network which is divided along
geographical or organizational bounders to retain control of its user
account database, while still providing for some central control of user
accounts.
